INTRODUCTION
This course will help chairmen,
directors and the members of IR departments confidently explain their firmfs
strategies and results as well as be able to respond helpfully to inquiries.
It can be tailored for anyone from new transfers to experienced IR professionals.
All tuition and practice is in English reflecting the increased proportion of
ownership of Japanese firms by non-Japanese investors. Each module is tested by a
quiz and the delegate presenting information and answering questions about a sample
company and their own company.
There are three main sections - facts, value and governance for value.
The final part of the course is a presentation by the delegate
incorporating these ideas.
The seminar generally requires 10 sessions of
3.5 hours.
